** Adjusted Times - Toastmaster will adjust times on presented agenda specific to the needs and flow of that meeting. Times not noted on the agenda implies above times will be used.
*Prepared Speech times are established by the presenter.
*Table Topics will be eliminated or adjusted either by length and or quantity to keep subsequent portion of meeting on schedule.

Time Keeper - Raise RED flag when presenter has exceeded allotted time. Presenter will immediately and orderly return control of the meeting back to facilitator. Prepared Speech, Table Topic, Evaluation presenters excluded (these use other established timing rules). This procedure allows presenters following current presenter their allotted time for their presentation or function.
