XIX. Financial Control

  1. CESSMAQ directs a system of complete accountability:
    - Bank Accounts
    - Basic Accounting Bookkeeping (Cash box, Daily Expenses, Checkbook, Bank balances).

  2. The Administrative Committee will keep control of the funds and require the signatures of the president and treasurer on bank accounts.

  3. When transferring specific funds to the communities, CESSMAQ advises the committee to have financial books of accountability and to direct these funds through a bank account.

  4. Annual Financial Auditing: carry out a profession audit with a Certified Public Accountant.
