XVIII. Operating Plan

Each year make an Operating Plan that is workable and viable and permits progressive achievement of the Strategic Five Year Plan.

The planning process includes promoters, local committees, CESSMAQ personnel and the Administrative Committee of CESSMAQ.

The operating plan will detail the training content and each program and activity.
