In attendance were Carol & George, Don Kassebaum, Keith Sterzing, and Bo Zimmerman. Charlie Boas sent his regrets. J & J's was decent barbeque. It was possible to hear fellow amigans. That's Bo in line, then Don's plate, a little computer business exchanges hands and finally our waitress (attempted) to take our picture... its probably just as well that the picture is fuzzy.
After we had eaten our fill, the business meeting was called to order. As promised we held elections. The results were:
Further, we unanimously voted to move the meeting place to Anderson Lane or further north as a place closer to where the active members would be coming to the meeting from. Exact place and timetable were not specified.
Further, we unanimously voted to have the President elect see to reducing the number of characters comprising the Articles of Incorporation plus those in the Bylaws to 1/4 or less. Vice President elect Bo Zimmerman asked to have a shot at doing that and to present to the President elect his recommendations. No one objected.
Since the Vice President(s) position is responsible for meeting programs, a few suggestions were made:
