FLIGHT MEETING
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2015
1745 HOURS
ONION CREEK COUNTRY CLUB

ON Sunday December 13, 2015, LONGHORN FLIGHT 38 WILL CHECK IN AT 1745 HOURS AT THE Onion Creek Country Club, 2510 Onion
Creek Parkway..
THE MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 1845 HOURS, AND DINNER WILL BE AT 1900 HOURS.
DRESS FOR THIS
MEETING WILL BE EVENING WEAR (MEN- DARK
SUIT, MESS DRESS, TUX, LADIES-EVENING WEAR).
THE DINNER WILL BE:
Winter Salad of Baby Spinach with Spiced Pecans, Sundried Cranberries, Fresh
Goat Cheese, and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Chocolate Cake with Grand Mariner Whipped Cream, Iced Tea and Coffee
Choice of:
1. Roasted Prime Rib with au jus, Horseradish Sauce, Garlic Mashed Potatoes,
Chef's Selected Vegetables, Rolls and Butter
2. Pan-Seared Salmon Citrus Buerre Blanc Sauce, Cranberry Wild Rice, Chef's
Selected Vegetables, Rolls and Butter
3. Pan-Seared Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast with an herb Buerre Blanc Sauce,
Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Chef's Selected Vegetables, Rolls and Butter
All dinners will cost $55.00 which includes table wine and entertainment by Jay
Williams.
We will need your reservations no later than midnight Monday, December 7, 2015.
Reservations should be made by completing the form below and returning it to Charlie
Loflin as soon as possible but NOT LATER THAN Monday, December 7. If you make
a reservation and do not cancel by 1200 hours on Thursday, December 10, you must
pay for the meal you ordered.
Your $20.00 2016 dues are due January 1, 2016. Some members have prepaid their
2016 dues so you can check your status on the Chapter APOLLO Web Site.

COUNTRY CLUB, 2510 ONION CREEK PARKWAY. THE REGISTRATION WILL
START AT 1745 HOURS, AND THE MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 1845. DINNER WILL
BE SERVED AT 1900 HOURS.
