ON THURSDAY, 14 OCTOBER 2010, LONGHORN FLIGHT 38 WILL CHECK IN AT 1630 HOURS. BEER AND SODA WILL BE AVIALABLE . DINNER WILL BE SERVED AT 1730 HOURS. FOR THIS FLIGHT MEETING THE UNIFORM OF THE DAY WILL BE FLIGHT SUITS, PARTY SUITS OR CASUAL ATTIRE. DINNER WILL BE TEXAS BBQ, BRISKET, SAUSAGE, BEANS, POTATO SALAD AND ALL THE TRIMMINGS. Your reservation for our 14 OCT dinner meeting should be made by completing the form on the back of this flyer and returning it to our treasurer, Major Sig Dahl, as soon as possible, but not later than Friday 8 OCT . If you make a reservation and do not cancel by 1200 hours the Monday before the meeting you must pay for the meal you ordered. Above your name and address on this flyer, is a year signifying the last year for which you have paid dues. If that year is not 2010 or later please include your dues in your check for dinner. Even if you are a life member of the Order, LOCAL FLIGHT DUES ARE DUE ANNUALLY. If you do not plan on attending we will miss you, however, we would appreciate your taking this opportunity to pay your dues if you have not previously done so. Turn left (east) on Yarrington Rd. go till it dead ends . At Hwy 21turn right (south) on Hwy 21. Travel APX 2 miles to the airport entrance. (left turn) Follow the airport road to the north end where you will see the CAF hangar.
