ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2015, LONGHORN FLIGHT 38 WILL CHECK IN AT 1130 HOURS AT THE TEXAS NATIONAL GUARD HEADQUARTERS
AT AUSTIN/BERGSTROM AIRPORT. THE MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 1200 HOURS, AND LUNCH WILL BE AT 1215 HOURS. DRESS FOR THIS
MEETING WILL BE CASUAL (FLIGHTSUITS IF YOU HAVE THEM).
OUR PROGRAM WILL BE HELD IN THE GUARD BRIEFING ROOM AND WE WILL GET A BRIEFING ON THE VARIED MISSIONS THAT THE HELIOCOPTER
UNIT ARE TASKED TO COMPLETE.
Directions: South on Hwy 183 west of Austin Airport.
Turn left on Burleson Road just south of airport.
Turn left at signal light at Emma Browning Avenue.
First left into the Guard/Reserve area.
Guard is the building on the right. The gate guard can direct you.

| | 1. Smoked turkey on multi-grain bread, chips, pickle, Fudge-Nut Brownie
| | 2. Roast beef on multi-grain bread, chips, pickle, Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal cookie
| | 3. Ham on multi-grain bread, chips, pickle, Chocolate chip cookie
| | All lunches will cost $12.00 which includes water, tea and wine (for toasts)

Reservations should be made by completing the form on the last page and returning it to Charlie Loflin as soon as possible,
but NOT LATER THAN Monday, October 5. If you make a reservation and do not cancel by 1200 hours on Wednesday,
October 7, you must pay for the meal you ordered.
