Flight Adjutants preside at meetings in the absence of the Flight Captain and the Vice Flight Captain. They keep minutes of all meetings of the Flight, conduct the correspondence of the Flight and maintain Flight records. They are in charge of the seal, books, papers and records of the Flight and must be prepared to immediately deliver such to their successors.

They perform such other duties as may be required by the Flight.
