Every attempt is made to maintain the Davenport Ranch as a highly desirable place to live. Although Davenport Ranch Patio Home Association (DRPHA) is a sub-association to the Master neighborhood association, each of us has chosen to live here. This means that each of us accepts a share of the responsibilities set forth in the covenants. We know that merely abiding by the rules is insufficient. An adaptation of the signs seen frequently on Texas highways might well be the key to a true neighborhood.

The next HOA board meeting will be held September 5th. Contact any board member if you have issues to be addressed.
