Garbage Collection: Provided by Waste Management / Longhorn Disposal, Inc. and paid for by the Association. Contact Goodwin Management for the commencement of service. Garbage must be out by 7:00 am on collection days. You may also call direct at 272-4341. Landscaping Company: Proscape services all common areas and mows and edges private yards on Thursday during the growing season (typically March through November) and every ten days, December through February. Proscape will contract individually with any homeowner to provide additional services. Contact Jeff Sanderson at 990-1118. Sprinkler System in Common Area: Report any problems to Proscape or Goodwin Management. The landscaping and the sprinklers for the common area are maintained by the Association.
