To
pay by credit card:
1. Just go to http://www.paypal.com/ and
login.
2. Click “Send
Money”.
3. Enter HotDama@satx.rr.com as the email address
to send money to.
4. Enter
appropriate amount, either $50 for member or $125 for
non-member.
5. Enter Type as
Service Enter Subject as DAMA Day 2004.
6. Include the
following information in the notes section.
Name, Company,
Title, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, E-mail

1. Checks will be accepted at the door.

Cost: The cost for this event is only $50 for
members and $125 for non-members.
The cost covers registration, continental breakfast, full buffet lunch,
and presentation materials.
