Encourage and support data administration practitioners in the Austin, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and San Antonio metro area of Texas.

Provide regularly scheduled meetings in local venues to help members become more knowledgeable and skilled IRM/DRM professionals.

Influence industry and academia in IRM/DRM practices.

Support HoT DAMA members and their organizations.

Form alliances with other DAMA Chapters and other organizations with similar principles.

Conduct chapter business in accordance with the goals of DAMA International.
