Harold G. Hunt was born April 15, 1934, in the Mahomet Community of Burnet County. He preached 50 years for the Church of Christ. He passed away at age 80 at his home Wednesday afternoon June 18, 2014.

He was preceded in death by his parents J.U. Hunt and Zula Stewart Hunt.

Harold is survived by his wife JoAnn Crawford Hunt, daughter Pam Kercheville of Boerne, son John Mark Hunt of Bartlett, 4 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren.

A graveside service and burial was held Friday morning 6/21/2014 at 9AM at the Mahomet Cemetery with Darrell Debo officiating.

Donations to the Mahomet Cemetery Association for the maintenance and preservation of the cemetery are always appreciated.
