Colonel William P. ( Bill) Del Vecchio, 
USA Ret

Bill was born on  May 16, 1933  and reared in  Pittsburgh, Pa. He entered U. of Pittsburgh,  USA , and graduated with a Business Degree. He fulfilled his ROTC requirement and was commissioned a  2/Lt in the USA in 1954. 

Lieutenant Del Vecchio immediately entered active duty  and served in command and staff positions in the infantry and later in military intelligence from company level through joint and specified commands.  Colonel Del Vecchio retired in 1982.  While on active duty he received numerous awards for his years of faithful service. 

Presently, Col Del Vecchio resides in Austin and serves as the 2nd Vice President  for Austin MOAA .
