need of an Air Force member to complete the committee. It will be firmed up by
the March Board Meeting NEW BUSINESS
A. SEATING PROBLEMS AT THE DINNER MEETINGS
There were not enough places for some members to be seated at the February
dinner meeting. It was suggested that the singles table have additional places
for seating, and that there be a master list of reservations provided by the
Service Reps. to ensure that each arrival has a reservation. This master list
would be checked by a "greeter" who would be situated in an area
before members pass through the Treasurer and Service Reps. tables. Wes Lokken
will discuss the feasibility of this with Roger Rabago.
B. TCC MEETING IN TYLER - FEB. 12 & 13, 2010

our new Board for their handling.
