Service Representatives

The Army, Navy & USAF Representatives maintain an up-to-date roster of active members of their service. The main responsibility is to obtain the number of reservations for the monthly dinner meetings. The week before the monthly meeting, telephone contact is made with the service members who wish to be called. The total number of reservations are reported to the 3rd Vice President on Sunday evening before the Wednesday meeting. Each Representative is present at the meeting to verify the attendance of members who have reservations.

The number of attendees for the head table is an individual count, as all board members do not sit at the head table. When it is established which board members wish to sit at the head table, the service rep. reports the number to the 3rd Vice Pres. when reporting the number of reservations.
