ROTC Awards Coordinator

This Officer coordinators chapter participation to present  MOAA Outstanding Cadet awards to university and high school students.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain close liaison with the ROTC/JROTC point of contact at each institution.

2. Procure an adequate supply of awards and certificates for use at presentation ceremonies from national MOAA

3. Procure through the exchange system or from other appropriate vendors any military equipment and/or devices or items for use as prizes or awards to outstanding ROTC or JROTC cadets.

4. Solicit volunteer chapter members to present awards and/or participate in other activities at each of the schools during their annual ceremonies.

 5. Report the status of the ROTC/JROTC program each year to the board and membership.
