MINUTES of the March Board Meeting were approved as submitted

TREASURER'S REPORT: Bank Balance as of 31 March 2007 - $8,066.05

OFFICERS REPORTS

2nd. V.P. - Wes Lokken reported that he is doing the labels for the newsletter indicating each member's dues renewal date

3rd. V.P. - Charles Bush suggested we send out letters to delinquent members regarding payment of their dues. He also suggested that we consider an "Early Bird" registration - perhaps giving $2.00 off the membership fee - as an incentive for dues payment. It was decided to table the idea until the new Board has a chance to evaluate our financial situation.

SECRETARY - Pat Eagan reported that she had mailed 10 letters to military widows in the Austin area who are members of the National MOAA

ROTC - Bill Del Vecchio reported that all schools had presenters assigned. The last graduation is May 23. Our presenters will also be presenters for the MOWW awards.

CHAPLAIN - Ernie Dean asked how dues payments were progressing. The Service Reps. have all been reminding delinquent members on their calling lists to pay their dues.

Chaplain Dean closed the meeting with a Benediction
