Letter to the City Manager
to Combat Crime
at Rundberg and I-35
Petition of Support:

The North Austin Coalition of Neighborhoods (NACN) has conveyed a letter to Mr. Tony Futrell, Austin City Manager, requesting resources to help clean up the high crime area around the Rundberg at I-35 intersection.

The area is in the North Creek / Georgian Acres Neighborhood Association, but it affects all the adjacent neighborhoods as well, including NACA. Anything that happens on Rundberg, whether east or west of Lamar, affects us all.

The March Against Crime on Rundberg last August was a good start, but much, much more needs to be done. This letter, and the Petition of Support presented here and throughout the neighborhoods, will go a long way toward addressing this serious problem and getting the municipal support necessary to clean it up.

Show your support for your neighborhood by printing and signing the Petition, and getting the residents in your neighborhood to sign it with you.

You can mail your signed Petition to:

Or you can bring your Petition with you to NACA's next meeting. See NACA's Home page for time and place.
