CAREGIVER SERVICES
North Central Caregivers offers support services to persons 60 years of age or older who are still living independently in north central Austin, Texas.

We offer the following direct services at no charge to the recipient:
- Transportation: Trained volunteers provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping and other destinations.
- Errands: Volunteers provide pick-up and delivery of prescriptions, groceries and other emergency items.
- Social Contact: Volunteers assist lonely and isolated older adults through visits and telephone contact.
- Handyman Service: Volunteers perform small or minor home repairs.
- Yard Work: Volunteers provide lawn mowing, trimming, rake leaves, clean gutters and trim small trees.
- Information and Referral: Our office staff can help locate needed services or resources.
- Volunteer Education: North Central Caregivers provides volunteer training so that each volunteer is able to recognize the special needs and feelings of our older neighbors.
