Northwood

The Northwood neighborhood is located in north Austin near the intersections of Loop 1 (formerly 1325/Burnet Road) and West Parmer Lane. Situated near the Travis and Williamson County line, the Northwood neighborhood started out as a quiet rural neighborhood build in the early to mid 1970's by the Northwood Development Corporation.

It has quickly expanded to over 600 homes with several adjacent subdivisions surrounding our neighborhood.
