PAPA receives a large portion of our funding from the Texas Access to Justice Foundation (TAJF). One great way to support our services as well as civil legal services for the poor throughout the state of Texas is for banking institutions to participate in the TAJF Prime Partners program and for attorneys to place their IOLTA accounts with one of these prime partner banks.
