Model and Detail of Muli Axis Joint

The earlyest conceptual model at left was made from three squares of foamboard folded diagonally to a 45 degree centered position with two small bridge triangles. The three creases align with x/y/z axes.

At right is a close up of the joint drafting. The apparent complexity is combinatoric as the part type count is low and the geometry simple.
