This module resides across the on board microcontroller network and the on board notebook computer. The notebook machine provides a terminal interface to the on board network, supports processing and mass storage needs, and out puts FaceSpace graphics and audio.
Wan Yik Lee has proposed consideration of the low level control executive as a server to higher level control in order to cope with communications limitations and promote stability and modularity of the on board processes.
