This is the heart of the ProtoAndroid. The Central Coordination Process resides on the Base Station LAN bridged to onboard processors on one hand and the Internet on the other.
Decentralized architectures have desirable qualities and in this mode the Central Coordination Process is just another brick in the system. It takes inputs from Mid Level Sensory Processing and outputs to Mid Level Actuation. But many effective schemes are centrally controlled so the ProtoAndroid architecture will attempt to support both configurations. As a central executive process input would also come from hi and low level sensing components.
