Mid Level Sensing

Mid Level Sensing encompasses a broad class of somewhat complex sensors and sensor arrays such as ultrasonic rangers, position encoders, and force feedback or tactile sensors.

Mid level sense data is sent to the Mid Level Sensory Processing for interpretation and integration into a global picture for use by the Central Coordination Process.

The environmental signals which Mid Level Sensing receives reflect the Mid Level Environment.
