Rainbow
Rollerskating has made donations to the following Austin community organizations
through our event gate fees. We focus primarily on charities
supporting the gay and lesbian community of Austin.

ALLGO envisions a just
and equitable society that celebrates and nurtures vibrant people of color
queer cultures. ALLGO is working to create and sustain a statewide network
of queer people of color activists, groups, organizations and allies, which
through nourishment of relationships, grassroots organizing and artistic
expression can radically transform systems and policies toward a collective
liberation.

Austin Mpowerment is
Austin's version of the Mpowerment Project. The Mpowerpment Project is a model
HIV prevention program that has been designed scientifically to address the
needs of young gay and bisexual men. Scientific studies demonstrate that the
program reduces the rates of unprotected anal intercourse among this group,
and thus lowers the rate of infection.

The Care
Communities (formerly Interfaith Care Alliance) provides compassionate,
practical and emotional support for people living with AIDS and other serious
illnesses, and their loved ones.

Out
Youth helps to create an environment were gay, lesbian, and sexually
questioning youth can fearlessly be themselves.

P.A.W.S of Austin
PAWS of Austin (Protection for Animal Welfare Services) is a non-profit animal rescue organization established in Austin, Texas for the purpose of providing refuge to stray and unwanted companion animals.

Project
Transitions is dedicated to serving people with AIDS by providing hospice,
housing and support in a compassionate and caring environment.

Waterloo
Counseling Center provides affordable mental health services in a positive,
sensitive environment to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered and HIV
affected individuals and their families.
