The meeting was called to order at 11:05 am by Rita.  All board members were in attendance along with Adriane Simons, our property manager.

An inquiry from Unit 70 concerning energy efficient windows was tabled until further information can be evaluated.

The meeting was called to discuss and suggest changes on our "Who Maintains What?" which determines General Common Elements (GCE) under Association responsibility, Limited Common Elements (LCE) under Association responsibility and Limited Common Elements and Certain Unit Elements under unit owner responsibility.  We needed to learn the details suggested by legal counsel explained by Adriane.  After discussion, Rita made a motion to accept the Amendments and Carter seconded.  The board voted unanimously to approve them.  They will be made available to Owners when minor changes are completed.

Rita made a motion to adjourn at 12:37 pm and Michelle seconded and there was a unanimous vote to do so.
