Janice (Glass) Mouser, DVM Janice
(Glass) Mouser, DVM, of Madisonville,
Texas, passed away on Monday, February
20, 2012 in Copperas Cove at home with
her family after a lengthy battle with
pulmonary disease. She was born on June
1, 1955 in Dallas, Texas to J. T. and
Marian Uptmor Glass. She graduated from
John H. Reagan High School in 1973 and
attended The University of Texas at
Austin before transferring to Texas A&M
University to pursue veterinary
medicine. She graduated from Texas A&M
University in College Station with her
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1979.
She practiced in Houston, and later in
Madisonville. Janice is survived by her
parents, two daughters and a son, Sarah
Fry (Clint), Mary Mouser, Dr. Benjamin
Mouser, two grandsons, Colton and Caleb
Fry and sisters, Dianne Glass and Brenda
Glass Adams (Mike). She also has several
nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and
cousins. A memorial service will be held
on Saturday, March 3rd, 2012, from 1:00
- 3:00 p.m., at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton
Catholic Church in Madisonville. In lieu
of flowers, please send donations to
your local humane society or a charity
of your choice .
