Rockdale PTO - MISSION STATEMENT The objects of this organization are:

      1. To promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school, church, and community.
      2. To raise the standards of home life.
      3. To secure adequate laws for the care and protection of children and youth.
      4. To bring into closer relation the home and the school

      So that parents and teachers may cooperate intelligently in the training of the child.
