or who own property in the River Oak Lake Estates Subdivision of Austin, Travis

Location
River Oak Lake Estates Subdivision is in the north part of Austin, Travis
County, Texas, USA about ten miles from downtown in the zip code 78758. It is
bounded by Parmer Lane (FM 734) to the north, the Merrill Gardens at Parmer
Woods and River Oaks Elementary
School to the west, North Lamar Boulevard (Loop 275) to the east, and
Walnut Creek Metropolitan
Park (300 acres) to the south. Wells Branch Creek runs south through the
neighborhood and empties into Little Walnut Creek in the park. The approximate
geographic center of the neighborhood is

Plat of River Oak Lake Estates
- The subdivision was platted in 1968 and houses were built the same year. Some
lots were not built on until the mid 1980s and at least one lot was not built
on until 1997.
There are about 210 residential lots in the subdivision, made up mostly of
single family dwellings with less than ten per cent duplex housing.

Zoo - A little zoo was operated for about 40 years on North Lamar Boulevard
(Loop 275) just south of the River Oak Lake Estates neighborhood.
