Introductions and motion to approve corrected May minutes.

Jane reported regarding: an upcoming July meeting with
Dinita Caldwell/CapMetro; a Juneteenth Jamboree documentary to be aired
on KLRU (and streamed at http://www/klru.org/juneteenth; a receipt of
notice for a proposed rezoning change for Mt. Calvary Baptist Church,
2100 SL Davis, from SF-3-NP to SF-H-NP (Historic Combining District)

New Business

Central Texas Juneteenth event - Linda Hutchins
Presention on public acknowledgement and installation of historical
subject marker at the childhood home of James Leonard Farmer, Jr.,
1604 New York Avenue, Austin, Texas.

Austin Community Design & Development Center/Alley Flat Initiative -
Sara Gamble
Presentation on Alley Flats infill-housing concept for our
neighborhoods and delivering green, affordable housing.

Rosewood Neighborhood Contact Team - Jane Rivera
RNCT is seeking a representative to replace Bryan Robison to attend
Austin Neighborhoods Council meetings; there also was discussion of a
501C3, opening an account and nominating a treasurer.

St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church - Pastor Ivie
Request for support from RNCT for intent to modify/new construction of
existing church building at 1162 Hargrave St.; Jane Rivera committed
to draft a letter of general support or RNCT to the COA Board of
Adjustment; Gilbert Rivera offered to contact sole, single-family
residence possibly affected by expansion.

Gilbert Rivera discussed upcoming East Austin Culture Fest plans.

Lonnie Stern discussed Rosewood Newsletter article submissions,
corporate fundraising and marketing for newsletter.
