SALSA is an all volunteer parent operated Youth Baseball & Softball program serving boys & girls, ages 5-18 living in the Central and South Austin area. SALSA is chartered as South Austin Little League and as South Austin PONY League.
SALSA Baseball has four fields: Reeder, Weber, Wright and Preston. There is a T-Ball field, two Little League Fields and a high school regulation size field. Three of the fields are located at 1704 Toomey Road, one block north of Barton Springs Road & Sterzig (behind Chuy's). The fourth field is located at 602 Robert E. Lee across from the Umlauf Sculpture Garden.
T-Ball:
5-6 year olds
Coach Pitch (CP): 7-8 year olds
Minor: 9-10 year olds
Major: 11-12 year olds
Pony: 13-14 year olds
Palomino/Colts (Pal-Colt): 15-18 year olds
