Are there any members out there willing to spend a little time to help organize?

Our association won't work at all if we have no involved people willing to spend a little time on it.
Most of it is just communicating back and forth, but we also need some real help in setting up the non-profit status, and working on some donations so we can together improve the neighborhood.
