AWMA Central Texas Chapter Information

The Central Texas Chapter, based in Austin, Texas, is the local chapter of A&WMA. The Chapter has over a hundred members in the Central Texas area, consisting of environmental attorneys, engineers, consultants, academia, agency staff (e.g. TCEQ, LCRA), and industry professionals (e.g. AMD, Motorola, Samsung, 3M). The Chapter publishes regular newsletters and holds monthly meetings with guest speakers that discuss air and waste topics of local relevance. These meetings provide members with the opportunity to meet their peers and exchange information. The Chapter also educates the public through volunteer activities and events.
