A new listserv is now available for open public discussion about the Texas
Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund (TIF). This is the fund recently
created by the Texas State Legislature that will provide $1.5 billion in
grants, over ten years, to help facilitate the deployment and use of
advanced telecommunications technologies in public schools, libraries,
medical facilities, and other public institutions in Texas.
This listserv is NOT affiliated in any way with the TIF Board of Directors
or the staff of the program. It is an independent public forum.
The list is unmoderated. All messages relevant to the TIF program are welcome.
To subscribe to the list, send an e-mail message to the following address:
listproc@mcfeeley.cc.utexas.edu
DO NOT USE A SUBJECT LINE.
In the first line of the message, put:

THE LISTSERV WILL REJECT ANY MESSAGES THAT DO NOT CONTAIN YOUR FIRST AND

message assigning you a password. This password is only used for LIVE
connections, and can be IGNORED.
You will receive instructions on how to use the listserv, including the
